   The Huntington Beach Mortgage Oracle is a news blog site that is to help keep Real Estate professionals advised of changes in the Mortgage Industry.  As many of you know the Mortgage Industry is a completely different animal, for better or for worse, than it was a year ago let alone what it was just last month.  This complete overhaul of an entire industry has been extremely disheartening, frustrating and exhausting on so many different levels.  Hopefully you find this site informative and entertaining .  I am happy to answer any mortgage questions that you my have or at least point you in the right direction.  Email questions or comments to info@emeraldpac.com
